Mountain Sky began in Sandpoint Idaho, a beautiful mountain town tucked away in the Northern Idaho Panhandle. Sandpoint has developed a well deserved reputation as a favorite tourist destination. Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, the 2nd largest ski area in Idaho, is minutes from downtown. George and Patt Frazier discovered that there was not a convenient way for visitors to easily find the many things to do in the area, so they started a brochure distribution and display business in 1988. A few years later George and Patt were approached by two local hotels to provide In-Room Guest Directories. These directories were so well received by the advertising media that other hotels were contacted in Sandpoint to participate in this immediate and effective connection to our tourists.

Fourteen years had passed since then and Mountain Sky has become a leading publisher serving the hospitality industry. Each year our top-notch graphic design team works with more than 1,000 customers creating advertising that is placed in over 30,000 directories each year. Our guest directories are provided to more than 380 hotels throughout 86 cities in 12 states, including Alaska.

Another few years had passed and with the creation of a team that could produce so much more, our expantion began. We purchased a large format printer, a vinyl cutter, upgraded our whole computerized environment and network and evolved into a company than can create just about anything you need for your personal or business ventures.



Our goal is the same as yours... SUCCESS. Our success is based on our clients' success with what we produce for them. Ultimately, we hope to become one of the leading design, print and large format agencies in our area.
